This hand-forged Damascus custom liner lock everyday carry pocket knife is a perfect fusion of master craftsmanship heritage and modern functionality. The blade is meticulously hand-forged with precision, crafted from 695 true layers of CTS-BD1, CTS-40C (CP), 1095, and 4140 steels, all forge-welded together, then repeatedly folded and hammered to create stunning organic patterns unique to each knife. These premium steels are celebrated for their hardness, edge retention, and resilience, making this Damascus pocket knife as reliable as it is beautiful.

The handle features Raven’s signature “Just Fitts” ergonomic design and is made from Kyanite, Sodalite, and Zircote wood, combining aesthetics with comfort. The spine and belly of the knife are carefully hand-filed with exquisite precision. The locking mechanism is a flat notch system mounted on hand-forged stainless steel washers, fully handcrafted for both function and durability.
